1. Company Information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases of training, mentorship, and related services provided by Easy Learn Plastering Ltd, a company operating in England and Wales.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any course, content, mentorship, or services provided by Easy Learn Plastering Ltd, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Course (Educational Use Only)

All courses, lessons, videos, mentorship calls, guides, and materials provided by Easy Learn Plastering Ltd are for educational and informational purposes only.

The content does not constitute:

  • Professional advice
  • On-site supervision
  • Certification or regulated qualification
  • Legal, electrical, structural, or safety advice

Students acknowledge that:

  • Practical work carries inherent risks
  • They are solely responsible for how they apply any information provided
  • They must comply with all applicable UK laws, regulations, and industry standards

3. Health, Safety & Regulatory Responsibility

Students are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting appropriate risk assessments
  • Ensuring safe working practices
  • Complying with all relevant regulations, including but not limited to:
  • Electrical safety regulations
  • Building regulations
  • Asbestos and hazardous materials legislation

Any lessons discussing topics such as electrical socket removal, artex, or other potentially hazardous activities are provided for educational awareness only and must not be relied upon as professional instruction.

Where professional certification, inspection, or specialist handling is legally required, students must engage appropriately qualified professionals.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Easy Learn Plastering Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or harm resulting from the application or misuse of course content
  • Students accept full responsibility for their actions and decisions
  • No guarantee is made regarding income, job acquisition, skill level, or results

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

5. Mentorship Calls

Mentorship support may be delivered via phone call, WhatsApp chat, or video call at Easy Learn Plastering's discretion.

Mentorship while learning only commences once the student has completed Module 3 and submitted the practical work required for Module 3 for feedback.

Mentorship on live jobs/projects only starts once the student has completed the course content and the practical aspects of Module 3 to a satisfactory standard.

Students acknowledge that:

  • Mentorship does not constitute supervision, instruction, or professional advice
  • Decisions and actions remain the student's sole responsibility
  • Outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed
  • Mentorship time is considered delivered once a call has taken place, regardless of outcome.

6. Mentorship Support Limitation

Easy Learn Plastering provides mentorship to assist students in understanding and applying course material, including guidance for securing work opportunities.

Mentorship is provided until a student has been assisted with an estimated maximum of four (4) jobs, or until Easy Learn Plastering reasonably determines that the student has gained sufficient skill and knowledge to continue independently.

Students acknowledge that Easy Learn Plastering may prioritise new students or other students awaiting support once this limit has been reached.

  • Mentorship support is discretionary, and Easy Learn Plastering is not responsible for student income or job acquisition.
  • Students must provide accurate information regarding jobs secured, and any misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination of mentorship.

7. Course Access & Use

Course access is delivered digitally via a third-party learning platform.

  • Access is personal and non-transferable and must not be shared.
  • Content may not be copied, redistributed, recorded, or resold.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, sharing, or breach of these Terms is suspected or proven.

8. Course Packages & Tools

Available Packages:

  • Basic Package (£699) – Course access only, no tools, access to the Student Partnership Programme only, limited mentorship calls.
  • Professional Package (£999) – No tools, includes access to all bonuses (subject to eligibility/unlock criteria), Student Partnership Programme, Mentor Partnership Programme, and ongoing mentorship support.
  • Professional + Basic Toolkit (£1299) – Same as Professional plus a basic toolkit.
  • Professional + Basic Toolkit + Paddle Mixer (£1499) – Same as above plus a paddle mixer.

Physical Items & Third-Party Suppliers

Some packages include optional physical items such as a basic toolkit and/or paddle mixer. Where physical items are included, they are sourced and shipped via third-party suppliers.

Students acknowledge and agree that:

  • Easy Learn Plastering Ltd is not the manufacturer or retailer of the tools
  • Students are responsible for providing correct delivery details
  • Toolkits and physical items are shipped within the UK only (no international shipping)
  • Any issues relating to damaged, faulty, missing, or returned tools must be resolved directly with the supplier

Non-Refundable Tool Procurement Costs

Where tools are included, a portion of the package price covers tool sourcing, procurement, and administration. This portion becomes non-refundable once the tools have been ordered.

Order Confirmation & Supplier Returns

Order confirmation or receipts can be provided on request. However, Easy Learn Plastering Ltd does not manage supplier return processes. All returns, replacements, or warranty claims must be handled directly with the supplier.

9. Incorrect Package Selection

Students are responsible for selecting the correct package at checkout.

Refunds relating to incorrect package selection are considered only upon request, subject to review, and governed by the Refund Policy.

10. Bonuses & Unlock Criteria

Some bonuses are only available once certain parts of the course have been completed.

Bonuses may include (but are not limited to) a £100 tendering incentive and access to external training such as asbestos awareness certification.

Access to bonuses is not guaranteed immediately upon purchase and is provided only when eligibility criteria are met.

11. Incentives & Reimbursements

MyBuilder Lead Reimbursement Incentive

Eligible students may be offered a reimbursement of up to £100 toward lead costs incurred on MyBuilder.

This incentive is not a refund, is not guaranteed, is conditional upon course completion, requires verification of eligible costs, is discretionary and non-transferable, and is paid only after eligibility criteria are met.

The reimbursement must be claimed within 12 months of course purchase. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

11. Incentives & Reimbursements

MyBuilder Lead Reimbursement Incentive

Eligible students may be offered a reimbursement of up to £100 toward lead costs incurred on MyBuilder.

This incentive is not a refund, is not guaranteed, is conditional upon course completion, requires verification of eligible costs, is discretionary and non-transferable, and is paid only after eligibility criteria are met.

The reimbursement must be claimed within 12 months of course purchase. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

12. Refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Refund eligibility may be reduced or removed based on course progress, modules accessed, mentorship calls taken, and time elapsed since purchase.

No refunds will be issued after 6 months from the date of purchase for any package.

13. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data including names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, and limited payment-related information for the purpose of course access, tool delivery, mentorship calls, and incentive reimbursements.

We only request postal addresses where needed for delivery of toolkits or physical items included in a student's selected package. We do not use addresses for marketing purposes.

We only request bank details if required to process a refund or to pay out affiliate/partnership payments.

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are protected by copyright. They are provided solely for your personal educational use as a student. You may not copy, download, share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without explicit written permission from Easy Learn Plastering.

Any violation of these terms may result in removal from the course and potential legal action.

Course Packages & Pricing

Basic Package – £699

Includes course access only, no tools, and limited mentorship calls.

Professional Package – £999

Includes full course access, Student Partnership Programme, Mentor Partnership Programme, ongoing mentorship support, and bonuses (subject to eligibility/unlock criteria). No tools included.

Professional + Basic Toolkit – £1299

Same as Professional Package plus a basic toolkit.

Professional + Basic Toolkit + Paddle Mixer – £1499

Same as Professional + Basic Toolkit plus a paddle mixer.

Incorrect Package Selection

Students are responsible for choosing the correct package at checkout.

Refunds relating to incorrect package selection are considered only upon request and are subject to review under this Refund Policy.

Refund Time Limit

Refund requests must be made within 6 months of purchase/enrolment.

Requests outside this window will not be considered.

Course Refund Structure (Usage-Based)

  • The course contains 10 modules.
  • Each module represents 10% of the refundable course portion.
  • Accessing lessons, videos, or PDFs within a module counts as that module being accessed/completed for refund purposes.
  • Progress is tracked on the learning platform and is final.

Mentorship Policy & Refund Impact

  • Mentorship while learning only commences once the student has completed Module 3 and submitted the practical work required for Module 3 for feedback.
  • Mentorship on live jobs/projects only starts once the student has completed the course content and the practical aspects of Module 3 to a satisfactory standard.
  • Where mentorship has been delivered (via phone call, WhatsApp chat, or video call), refund entitlement may be reduced to reflect support already provided.
  • Easy Learn Plastering reserves the right to refuse or reduce refunds where mentorship has been substantially used.

Right to Refuse Refunds

Refunds may be refused if:

  • Course has been substantially completed
  • Mentorship has been extensively used
  • Evidence of misuse, bad faith, or policy abuse exists

All refund decisions are final once reviewed.

Tools & Physical Items (Where Included)

Where a package includes a basic toolkit and/or paddle mixer, a portion of the package price covers sourcing, procurement, and administration.

This portion becomes non-refundable once physical items have been ordered.

Tool-related issues (faulty, damaged, missing, or returns) must be handled directly with the supplier.

Bonuses & Incentives

Some bonuses (including but not limited to a £100 tendering incentive and external training such as asbestos awareness certification) are subject to eligibility/unlock criteria.

Bonuses are not guaranteed immediately upon purchase and may only become available after the student has completed required modules or actions.

The £100 tendering incentive is not a refund, is discretionary, and requires verification before payment.

Course Engagement Requirement

Students must submit any refund request within 14 days of purchase/enrolment to be eligible for a full refund.

After 14 days, any approved refund will have a £200 non-refundable administrative fee deducted to cover affiliate costs and administration.

Beyond this period, refund eligibility is adjusted accordingly.

UK Consumer Rights Clarification

This policy is intended to comply with UK consumer law.

Immediate access to digital content begins upon purchase. Where a student begins accessing digital content, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right may be lost once performance has begun.

Statutory rights still apply where digital content is not supplied as described or required by law.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the student must submit a written request and include their full name and registered email address.

Requests are reviewed within 14 working days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
